Final Step Is to restart the Device and you should be good to go, UNLESS....

If You're Using a Fire 7 2022 (12th Gen) or Newer
If you're using the Fire 7 2022 (12th Gen) or a newer Fire tablet running FireOS 8, you may need to manually grant permissions before using the Play Store. Tap and hold the Play Store icon and select "App Info" > Permissions > Phone & SMS switched to "Allow"
